Phil definitely has the best Hawaiian shirts in the entire sport of SCUBA diving!  In addition to that he has an extremely warm and approachable personality and an enormous passion for diving that he loves to share with others.  On dive trips, Phil is a fish, rarely missing any opportunity to do as many dives in a day as he can.

He will make a fantastic Divemaster in our community in the very near future!
